Clutch automatic assembly line
Clutch is widely used in passenger, commercial and special vehicles, Clutch includes inner support and hub, input shaft number and cover plate, outer support and main hub and other components. The line adopts circular spot welding, equipped with automatic slag cleaning, welding inspection on-line, data acquisition and traceability, process monitoring, remote maintenance system, etc.
Line production capacity: 370000/year, 20S/ piece.
Adopt circular spot laser, small laser welding deformation, reduces spatter, fast speed, ensure the quality and tolerance of welding surface.
The production line realizes the laser welding of clutch shell 315MC and shaft 16MnCr steel, product concentricity is guaranteed within 0.15mm.
Realize fully automatic assembly, loading and unloading, welding, detection and other functions, compatible across multiple products, high degree of flexibility, equipped with data acquisition and product traceability.
